The Otterbein Neighborhood Association will be holding a special meeting on August 21st at 6:00pm, in our regular location at the Otterbein United Methodist Church, 5009 East 21st St. Because attendance has been low for at least six months, we will be meeting to determine if we should change the frequency of our meetings, if we should combine our meetings with Little Flower’s, or if we should disband the association entirely.
