The Otterbein Neighborhood Association is an association of neighbors who live within the boundaries of 16th St, Sherman Dr., I-70, and Emerson Ave. on the East Side of Indianapolis.
We meet the third Thursday of each month at the Otterbein United Methodist Church, 5009 East 21st St, at 6:30pm. Please join to help make the Otterbein Neighborhood the best place to live and work on the East Side.
